Welcome to Jointhevent. These Terms and Conditions ("Terms") constitute a legally binding agreement between you and Healthbridge Sports & Management Private Limited ("Company," "we," "us," or "our"), governing your access to and use of the Jointhevent platform available at jointhevent.com and all related services, features, and functionalities offered through the platform.
By accessing, browsing, or using Jointhevent in any manner, you acknowledge that you have read, understood, and agree to be bound by these Terms in their entirety. If you do not agree with any part of these Terms, you must immediately discontinue use of the platform and refrain from accessing any of its services.
These Terms apply to all users of the platform, including but not limited to attendees, event organizers, visitors, and any other individuals or entities who access or use the platform's services. Your continued use of Jointhevent following the posting of any changes to these Terms shall constitute your acceptance of such changes.
For the purposes of these Terms and Conditions, the following definitions shall apply:
To use Jointhevent and its Services, you must be at least eighteen (18) years of age. By accessing or using the Platform, you represent and warrant that you are at least 18 years old and have the legal capacity to enter into a binding agreement under applicable Indian law.
If you are using the Platform to purchase tickets or make any payments, you must possess a valid and authorized payment method. You represent that any payment information you provide is accurate, current, and that you are authorized to use the payment method in question.
By using the Platform, you affirm that you meet all of the foregoing eligibility requirements. If we discover or have reason to believe that you do not meet these requirements, we reserve the right to suspend or terminate your access to the Platform without notice and without liability.
To access certain features of the Platform, you may be required to create an account. When registering, you agree to provide accurate, complete, and current information as prompted by the registration form. You are responsible for maintaining the accuracy of your account information and must promptly update any changes.
You are solely responsible for maintaining the confidentiality and security of your account credentials, including your password. You agree not to share your login credentials with any third party. All activities that occur under your account are your responsibility, whether or not you have authorized such activities.
You must immediately notify the Company at SPJSportsManagement@gmail.com of any unauthorized access to or use of your account, or any other breach of security. The Company shall not be liable for any loss or damage arising from your failure to comply with these security obligations.
Each individual is permitted to maintain only one (1) account on the Platform. Creating multiple accounts may result in the suspension or termination of all associated accounts at the Company's discretion.
Jointhevent provides an online marketplace that connects event organizers with attendees. The Platform offers the following Services:
The Company reserves the right to modify, suspend, or discontinue any aspect of the Services at any time, with or without notice, and without liability to any user.

Organizers who list events on Jointhevent agree to assume the following responsibilities:
All payments made through Jointhevent are processed securely via Razorpay, a PCI-DSS compliant third-party payment gateway. By making a purchase, you agree to Razorpay's terms of service in addition to these Terms.
Goods and Services Tax (GST) at the rate of 18% is applicable on ticket prices as per the prevailing tax laws of India. A platform convenience fee is charged on each transaction. Additionally, payment gateway processing charges apply based on the payment method used. All applicable taxes and fees are clearly displayed on the checkout page before you confirm your purchase, ensuring full transparency in pricing.
Tickets purchased through the Platform are non-transferable unless explicitly permitted by the event Organizer. Any unauthorized resale, transfer, or redistribution of tickets is strictly prohibited and may result in the cancellation of the ticket without refund.
Upon successful payment, digital tickets are delivered to the registered email address associated with your account or the email address provided during guest checkout, and are also accessible through the Platform. It is your responsibility to ensure that your email address is correct and that you can access your tickets prior to the event date. The Company is not responsible for tickets that are undeliverable due to incorrect contact information provided by the user.
The Platform supports guest checkout, allowing ticket purchases without creating an account. Guest purchasers receive their tickets via the email address provided at checkout and may access refund services through the public refund request page.
Please note that tickets already checked in at the event venue cannot be cancelled or refunded. Free tickets (zero-amount orders) are not eligible for refund as no payment was made.
All content, materials, features, and functionality of the Platform, including but not limited to the website design, layout, graphics, logos, icons, text, software, code, and trademarks, are the exclusive property of Healthbridge Sports & Management Private Limited or its licensors and are protected by applicable intellectual property laws of India and international treaties.
User-submitted content, including event descriptions, images, promotional materials, and other content uploaded by Organizers or Users, remains the intellectual property of the respective user. However, by uploading or submitting content to the Platform, you grant the Company a non-exclusive, royalty-free, worldwide, sublicensable license to use, reproduce, display, distribute, and modify such content solely for the purposes of operating, promoting, and improving the Platform and its Services.
You represent and warrant that any content you submit does not infringe upon the intellectual property rights, privacy rights, or any other rights of any third party. You agree to indemnify and hold the Company harmless from any claims arising out of your breach of this representation.
Jointhevent operates as a marketplace and intermediary platform that connects event Organizers with Attendees. The Company facilitates transactions but does not itself organize, host, or control the events listed on the Platform.
To the fullest extent permitted by applicable law, the Company shall not be held responsible or liable for:
In no event shall the Company's total aggregate liability to any user exceed the total platform fees actually paid by that user to the Company in the twelve (12) months immediately preceding the event giving rise to the claim.
The Platform and all Services are provided on an "as is" and "as available" basis, without warranties of any kind, whether express, implied, or statutory, including but not limited to implied warranties of merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, and non-infringement.
You agree not to engage in any of the following prohibited activities while using the Platform:
Violation of any of the above prohibitions may result in immediate suspension or termination of your account, forfeiture of any pending refunds or payments, and may subject you to legal action.
The Company reserves the right to suspend or terminate your account and access to the Platform at any time, with or without prior notice, for any reason, including but not limited to:
You may choose to delete your account at any time by contacting the Company or using the account deletion feature within the Platform (if available). Upon deletion, your access to the Platform and its Services will be revoked, and your personal data will be handled in accordance with our Privacy Policy.
Termination of your account shall not affect any rights, obligations, or liabilities that have accrued prior to the date of termination. Any provisions of these Terms that by their nature should survive termination shall continue in full force and effect, including but not limited to intellectual property provisions, limitation of liability, indemnification, and dispute resolution.
These Terms and Conditions and any disputes arising out of or in connection with them shall be governed by, construed, and enforced in accordance with the laws of India, without regard to its conflict of law principles.
Any dispute, claim, or controversy arising out of or relating to these Terms, the Platform, or its Services shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the competent courts located in Maharashtra, India. By using the Platform, you irrevocably consent to the jurisdiction and venue of such courts.
In the event of any dispute, the parties shall first attempt to resolve the matter amicably through good-faith negotiations within thirty (30) days from the date on which one party notifies the other of the dispute. If the dispute cannot be resolved amicably within this period, either party may initiate legal proceedings before the courts of competent jurisdiction in Maharashtra, India.
The Company reserves the right to modify, amend, or update these Terms of Service at any time, at its sole discretion. When changes are made, the updated Terms will be posted on the Platform with a revised "Last Updated" date at the top of this page.
Your continued use of the Platform following the posting of revised Terms constitutes your acceptance of and agreement to the updated Terms. If you do not agree with the modified Terms, you must discontinue your use of the Platform immediately.
Users are encouraged to review these Terms periodically to stay informed of any changes. The Company may, but is not obligated to, notify users of material changes via email or through a notice on the Platform.
